Welcome to the newest element on the ACI web page!  I hope to share various thoughts and ideas related to topics like the use of ICT in development, sustainability, critical need assessments, and developing high quality partnerships for development in underserved communities around the world.  I hope to have a number of guest writers who are experts in their fields add their insight and start productive dialogue to help come up with stratagies and solutions to some of the worlds greatest problems.
